DESCRIPTION:
A Registered Nurse licensed by the State of Washington, who is responsible for delivery of direct/indirect care to patients within organized clinical areas of the hospital.
A primary nurse is accountable and responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current licensure in Washington State required.
A minimum of one year of clinical experience in an acute hospital setting strongly preferred.
Qualification/Certification:
Licensed to practice in state, Scrub is highly preferred.
Circulate is a MUST.
