This means you will be driving a tractor that is equipped with the latest safety technology to protect you. We have included all of the comforts for drivers including deluxe seats, cabinets with doors, bunk heaters, raised roofs, invertors, refrigerators, in-cab scanning, and audio connectivity for your listening pleasure. Pet Friendly Carrier Interstate understands that relationships matter. Our driver tenure averages 8.5 years because we place a premium on relationships. Pay for Performance - Earn up to an additional 3 CPM each month Our Teams will add to their pay each month, having the chance to earn up to an additional 3 CPM to split on all paid miles driven in a month. The Team Performance Pay pays out during the 3rd week following a qualifying month. Drivers are eligible the 1st of the month after they are hired or after a non-qualifying month.
