Express Employment Professionals of Mount Vernon is seeking dedicated Production Technician Trainees individuals who are looking to embark on a rewarding career in food production to work at a leading player in the food processing industry, committed to delivering high-quality surimi-based seafood products to consumers worldwide.
As a Production Technician Trainee, you will have the opportunity to work in a modern food processing facility, where you will learn the ins and outs of operating and monitoring hi-tech equipment.
Your primary responsibilities will include preparing, processing, and packaging surimi-based seafood products, as well as ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our equipment and production area.
This is an entry-level position, and we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.

o Prepare, process and package surimi-based seafood products.
o Clean and sanitize equipment.
o Visually inspect production line and product for safety and package integrity.

o Follow verbal and written instructions.

o Able to learn methods and practices of the company.
o Willingness to perform strenuous work in cool, wet conditions.
o Willingness to work all shifts and overtime.
