Our year around resort is approximately a 3-hour distance from the greater Seattle area complete with a hotel rooms, marina moorage, camping and a restaurant and lounge.
The resort is a northwest favorite for experiencing a relaxing, casual ambiance where the guests can Get away from the hustle and bustles of city life.
The picturesque setting with beautiful sunsets and relaxed slower style of area is a welcome opportunity for respite for our national and regional travelers as well as local vacationers.
The resort is looking for an experienced professional in hotel and restaurant operations.
As with any typical resort operations, there should be an understanding of all departments such as front desk, housekeeping, vacation housing as well as restaurant operations.
Previous experience in hotel desk reservations and desk operations or supervision is very valuable.
Additionally, the applicant should have valuable history working or managing and understanding the organizational departments of restaurants and hotel accommodations.
Specific skills such as department hiring, training, scheduling and budgeting labor, perceptive communication skills and guest relations would be valuable.
On the sales development side, involvement in marketing strategies or campaigns to build sales would be a plus too! Overall, the opportunity to work as a team member of the operations and management team will require a unique individual and commitment.
As the local area has beautiful country setting and many rural amenities such as parks, hiking, fishing, boating and an overall slower lifestyle, the individual likely should desire to be attracted to such a beautiful, serene location.
