Oncology Pharmacist

A highly renowned community medical center, located in the Island communities North of Seattle, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Oncology Pharmacist to join their team.
Reporting directly to the Manager of Pharmacy and Pharmacy Supervisor, the Hospital Oncology Pharmacist will oversee medication approval, dispensing, and counseling of patients undergoing cancer treatment services.
The Oncology Pharmacist will serve as a resource to the interdisciplinary team, and other pharmacists while delivering innovative practices and service delivery models that ensure cost-effective and optimal medication management in the population served.
The Oncology Pharmacist will also serve as a liaison, supporting pharmacy technicians and hospital staff as needed for caring for patients receiving cancer treatment.
