Job description Dietary Aide/Dishwasher The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, current food handler's permit and ability to work as part of our dietary team.
This position reports directly to the Dietary Manager.
It requires someone who is comfortable in a professional kitchen setting and capable of performing the following job duties:
Working on tray line during meal service; may include taking resident orders for meal preferences Producing Quality and pleasant side dishes and desserts according to standardized recipes Stocking nutritional supply areas for snacks and supplements General cleaning up of kitchen per established cleaning checklist Machine and Hand washing and sanitizing of pot and pans Keeps equipment and workstations clean and sanitary; handles food and utensils in a sanitary manner Takes all necessary steps to eliminate contamination and adheres to all food and safety standards and policies on sanitation and food handling Cooperates with co-workers in providing quality food service Washing dishes & helping keep the kitchen clean Job Type:
